ABA Paraprofessional

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a ABA Paraprofessional to join our team near Bergenfield, New Jersey for a full-time, school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services

• Hours: M-F 8:30am-3:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of ABA Strategies: Apply ABA techniques and interventions to help students improve their behavior and learning.
• Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
• Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
• Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree Or at least 60 college credits with passed Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
• 2 years ABA Experience
