North Haledon Schools is a dynamic K-8 district supported by a committed Board of Education, dedicated school leadership, caring teaching staff and supportive parents. North Haledon Schools has an exciting opportunity for an educator to teach in the school’s media center. Media specialist certification or the willingness to obtain media specialist certification preferred but not required.  

Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate or eligibility;
• Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate and effective instructional methods and activities;
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
