Great Oaks Legacy is seeking a Talent Recruitment Manager to join the Talent team!

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Talent Recruitment Manager will collaborate in the process of hiring and retaining high quality staff. 

Job Description

  • Actively sources, engages, interviews, and selects high quality staff candidates as a member of the talent team
  • Conducts resume reviews and phone interviews in a professional and thorough manner
  • Guides the staff recruitment process from interview through orientation, assisting with screening requirements, including performance tasks and reference checks
  • Guides candidates from interview through orientation; Facilitating candidate on-site visits, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, greeting and guiding candidates
  • Is a strong team player on the talent team, providing direct support for recruitment initiatives and events.
  • Collaborates with the talent team to support regional and org-wide recruitment strategy
  • Supports the talent team in analyzing data and trends, and making suggestions to adjust outreach, recruitment strategies, and work streams
  • Attending regular meetings with the Director of Talent and talent team to discuss issues related to recruitment and retention of staff.
  • Supporting the decision-making process by distributing candidate information to hiring managers for review; maanges candidates’ individual workflow progress through our applicant tracking systems; Providing regular recruitment data to the team to track toward goals.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relentless work ethic
  • Belief that all students have what it takes to be successful in college
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Has experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of talent/recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience working in a charter school or educational setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills, and ability to communicate in written, visual, and verbal format.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in systems implementation and ongoing enhancement
  • Ability to proactively make data-driven recommendations
  • Proven track record of success working in collaborative environments across multiple teams and functions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong execution, follow up, and follow through
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Talent Recruitment Manager reports to the Director of Talent and is a lead member of the talent team.
