Valid Driver’s License
Appropriate work related experience
Demonstrated knowledge of school construction, plant operations, maintenance, custodial and grounds management
3 or more years experience in supervision
Experience in the following areas preferred: plumbing, HVAC/Refrigeration, electrical, grounds maintenance, building construction technology
