PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PART-TIME

The Northern Region Educational Services Commission (NRESC), located in Passaic County, has an opening for a Part-Time Physical Therapist in our day habilitation center located in Totowa, NJ.  This program provides day services to medically fragile adults with special needs.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Evaluate student to identify developmental deviations and any postural or skeletal challenges
• Participate in the evaluation process to aide in establishing diagnosis, prognosis, goals, placement, and treatment plans
• Review and implement each student's IEP goal and objectives
• Provides reports on the progress of students and program initiatives
• Assumes responsibility to attend and participate in on-going professional development workshops and activities
• Assists classroom teachers and teacher aides in the creative use of new technological equipment and supplementary materials

Qualifications:

Appropriate NJ Certification required.

Salary:

As per negotiated contract and commensurate with experience.
