Teacher of Special Education (Kindergarten and Preschool) at Quarles Early Childhood Center

QUALIFICATIONS:

New Jersey Teacher Certificate in: Teacher of the Handicapped OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities with Early Childhood Education (preK-grade 3) OR Elementary Education (Kindergarten – 6th grade)
Familiar with NJ Student Learning Standards
Strong instructional background
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of educational software applications
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with at-risk students
Knowledge of curriculum modifications
Non-violent crisis intervention training
Behavior Intervention Training
Experience implementing behavior intervention plans
