• Special Education Teacher (Effective Immediately)
• Bergen Center for Child Development is a New Jersey State approved private special education school for students with disabilities ages 5-21. The Bergen Center provides an educational program that allows students to develop their individual potential. We employ an interdisciplinary approach to education and expect our teachers to:
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons, employing a variety of instructional strategies.
• Use technology and interpersonal communication skills to enhance learning in numerous settings.
• Collaborate with professional colleagues, administrators, parents, and community members.
• Reflect on instruction to enhance or maintain quality education.

 Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree, Masters Preferred
• NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certificate
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Valid NJ Criminal History Approval Letter
