School Physical Therapist

Join our team at Fun Fit Therapy. We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist with a school certification to provide School Based Physical Therapy for a maternity leave from October thru December 2024.

Physical Therapist must have:

• NJ State Physical Therapy License
• Minimum 1 year experience
• New Jersey School Certification

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluations/Re-evaluations
• Develop Functional Goals & Objectives
• Provide Educationally Relevant Physical Therapy services as indicated in a student's Individual Education Plan (IEP)
• Collaborate with Child Study Team, Teachers, Staff, and parents to meet the needs of each student
• Complete & maintain Daily Notes, Quarterly Reports & Annual Reviews
