Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure academic success.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Utilize early intervention strategies to identify and address learning gaps
- Incorporate learning technology into classroom instruction to enhance student engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Monitor and assess student progress through various assessment methods
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment
- Foster literacy education by promoting reading comprehension and writing skills
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Proficient in using educational technology tools for instruction
