Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School is consistently ranked among the top schools in New Jersey. Located on the scenic banks of the Navesink and Shrewsbury Rivers, we serve the Monmouth County boroughs of Rumson and Fair Haven. We take a holistic approach to education, offering a wide variety of academic and extracurricular opportunities. RFH provides an extensive range of honors and Advanced Placement (AP) programs, strong life skills programming for students with special needs, and top-tier extracurricular and co-curricular activities. The Ideal Candidate
The successful superintendent candidate will be a collaborative and transparent leader with a proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, parents, and the community. They should have extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the district’s goals and promote long-term success. A demonstrated commitment to fostering both academic and extracurricular excellence, as well as maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture, is essential.
Qualifications
- NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility (CE) required.
- School administrative and teaching experience (grades PreK-12) required.
- Strong preference for candidates with high school and district leadership experience.
- Proven experience in school building management and operational leadership desired.
- Prior experience as a superintendent is strongly preferred.
