P/T Custodian Position - Days 

The Mountain Lakes Board of Education is seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual for the position of  P/T Custodian - Days
Custodial/Maintenance experience preferred.
Prior applicants need not reapply.

Job Qualifications:
  1. New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operator’s License (valid license) preferred.
  2. Valid Driver's License.
  3. Knowledge of email communications/compurter applications.
  4. Flexibility for departmental operational changes on day-to-day basis.
  5. Ability to follow Custodial cleaning protocols for cleanliness and building safety.
  6. Be able to perform minor and routine repairs.
  7. Be available for and carry-out snow removal/ ice control operations on school grounds (On call).
  8. Be available for school event setups and activity elements.
  9. Be aware of State required inspections, safety and health codes.
  10. Understand and carry out responsibilities of a custodian during emergencies.
  11. Must be able to work well with the general school community.
  12. Must be able to perform all aspects of custodial services.
  13. Be able to respond to changing and/or short notice custodial service requirements.
  14. Take ownership of the overall cleanliness and functionality of the school building.
