Description

The Lincoln Park School District is seeking a Business Administrator/Board Secretary. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills; must be collaborative, with the ability to solve problems and multi-task.

Job Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

  • NJ School Business Administrator Certification
  • Experience with a send/receive district relationship preferred
  • Experience with Board business and management
  • Ability to manage business office staff
  • Knowledge of accepted business practices regarding budget preparation and administration, grant application, risk management, purchasing and food services
  • Ability to manage buildings and grounds personnel
  • Experience with facilities projects and maintenance supervision
  • Ability to manage and supervise contracted transportation routes
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
