Description: Burlington Township School District is seeking a dynamic and passionate Middle School Social Studies teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. The Middle School Social Studies teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous social studies instruction to students, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and hands-on inquiry based learning.
Seeking a successful candidate who demonstrates the ability to:
Must hold the following NJDOE certifications: Teacher of Social Studies
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Highly organized and motivated. Self-starter. Ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and demonstrate flexibility.
Required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
