2024-2025 Anticipated Maintenance - HVAC (PPMAI007)

Description:
The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Maintenance-HVAC person for the Physical Plant Department with the following qualifications/requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Black Seal license preferred. Employment terms mandate securing said license within two years of hire
• Verifiable valid New Jersey driver's license required
• New Jersey HVAC license preferred
• Five years verifiable experience in HVAC/mechanical maintenance and installation. Also verifiable experience in Building Automation Systems
• Universal EPA Transition and Recovery Certification required
• Electrical and/or motor control knowledge
• Ability to maintain hydronic pumps, valves, etc.
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and arial work platforms
• Ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds

• Monday through Friday/Days 6:30am to 3:00pm  

Salary:
$55,580, plus $600 Black Seal stipend when acquired
