Description REQUIRED CRITERIA:        
  1. Experience in a Help Desk role or other applicable experience
  2. Holds or is able to obtain in first year a CompTIA A+ certification (220-1001 & 220-1002)
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to provide technical support to staff, students and parents in person and over the telephone or teleconference.
  5. Knowledge of remote management and automation tools plus experience using them in a help desk environment.
  6. Great problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
  7. “Customer” oriented and cool tempered in stress situations
  8. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  9. Keen attention to detail, solutions, service-oriented, and well organized
  10. Understanding of work\learn from home conditions and the ability to provide support over any medium
