Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Mount Ephraim Public School District seeks candidates for the following opening for the 2024-2025
school year:
POSITION: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and NJ Board Certified

Behavior Analyst Certification

OVERVIEW:

Provide direct/indirect supervision to RBT's, Teacher Assistants and 1:1
Paraprofessionals assigned to students and classrooms. Create behavior
intervention plans and/or positive behavior support plans. Train instructional
staff on specific protocols individualized per student. Assist teachers in
implementing behavior plans. Review reports and data on a regular basis,
analyze data-collection and implement data-driven program changes. Write
reports summarizing data and progress for each student supervised. Regular
communication with parents and coordinate with case managers to maintain
quality assurance. Provide staff training and assist with the intake process of
potential new students.

SALARY/BENEFITS: As per MEEA Collective Bargaining Agreement
