• Knowledge of N.J. Student Learning Standards
• Has the ability to plan and implement engaging general music lessons for all students
• Has the ability to modify instruction or accommodate students as needed 
• Has the ability to play the piano
• Has the ability to plan, organize and conduct choral concerts
• Has the ability to identify a diverse range of choral music for elementary students 

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  New Jersey Standard Certification or Certificate of Eligibility in the appropriate subject area:

• Teacher of Music

2.  Required criminal history background check.

SALARY:
Based on degrees and experience as per the LHEA salary guide
