Inclusion Pathways mission is to integrate people with special needs into the community.

We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey once they reach the age of 21.

At Inclusion Pathways we believe that there are many opportunities to be part of a community. We offer many different social, recreational and employment programs to promote and facilitate community inclusion. We help each family that we serve find the right path so that they can live an enriched life.

Inclusion Pathways is opening a Community Center in Red Bank, New Jersey called Build and Brew Café to create employment and social opportunities for individuals with special needs where they can interact with the public.

At Build and Brew Café we will hold Design and Build Workshops that will combine elements of art, graphic design and engineering to enable customers to design and manufacture small functional items using 3D printers, laser engravers and other equipment. This will allow customers to design functional 3D objects and artisanal crafts.

Workshops can be differentiated by the type and complexity of the designs.  Motors, mechanics and switches can be added to increase functionality. Participants can learn how to integrate code and program simple commands into their creations

Some job opportunities for individuals with special needs include designing, assembling and selling 3D printed kits and other crafts. Other opportunities include assisting with our workshops and maintaining 3D printing equipment. These opportunities will allow for the development of valuable skills, foster independence and build character and confidence.

If an employee needs assistance on the job, their DDD budget can be used for supportive employment services and Inclusion Pathways can assign them with a job coach. Job coaches are responsible for keeping their clients on task, providing direction and additional training on tasks that need to be done.

Additionally, we will hold training classes for individuals with special needs to teach them technical skills including Web Design, Coding, 3D Printing, Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Office and STEM.
