ANNOUNCEMENT:  POSITION OPENING

The Board of Education is seeking applications for the 2024-2025 school year for the following position:

TEACHER ASSISTANT
(10 Months – Non-certificated)
Springboard

Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma.
  2. Effective written and oral expression.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work with or experience working with children with disabilities.
  4. Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting the needs of students with significant educational disabilities.
  5. Must be able to perform physical work, which requires frequent bending and lifting. Independently lift/carry up to 25 lbs., more than 25 lbs. with assistance.
  6. Experienced computer/clerical skills – preferred.
  7. Willingness to Work with Students in a Community Setting
  8. Willingness to Travel with Students on NJ Transit
  9. New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date of hire.
