TO BEGIN ON OR ABOUT MARCH 1, 2022:

Long-Term Substitute Music Teacher

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Valid New Jersey School Certificate or Eligibility.
  2. Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
  4. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
  5. Required criminal history background check.
  6. Proof of citizenship or legal resident alien status.

 

REPORTS TO:         Superintendent/Principal

 

JOB GOAL:  1.         To provide an approved music education program and establish a class environment                                                 that fosters learning and personal growth;

  1. To help pupils develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good                                                   foundation for             continued education; and
  2. To maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members.

 

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:  Part Time – (Two days [Tuesday and Wednesday] per school week)   

    April-June 2025

 

                        PAY RATE:  $150-$175/per day             NO BENEFITS:
