Broad background, extensive knowledge, and practical application of principals, practices, methods, and strategies applicable to preschool students.
Strong assessment skills appropriate for preschool students.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and deliver a variety of instructional strategies aligned to the District's preschool curriculum.
Proven ability to manage a preschool classroom (ages 3-4).
Collect, analyze, and oversee student data for progress monitoring purposes.
Oversee all classroom functions, including training of Paraprofessionals to deliver high-quality instruction.
Experience with implementing behavior reduction goals and individualized student treatment plans in collaboration with Child Study Team, behaviorist, families, and support staff, preferred.
Ability to collaborate with administrators, CST members, related service providers, and district behaviorists to provide optimal student learning opportunities.
