Description TEACHER COACH: PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
10-Month Position 
 
Job Goal: The Preschool Teacher Coach plays an essential role in maintaining the high level of operation of the preschool program by supporting preschool
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Hold a valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate for Preschool
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Five to ten years of experience in early childhood education
  • Experience in implementing developmentally appropriate preschool curricula
  • Experience with performance-based preschool assessments
  • Ability to communicate and work with adult learners: teachers, administrators and parents
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to deliver staff development programs
  • Organized and skilled at recordkeeping, scheduling and budgeting
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident
