Seeking a NJ Department of Education Certified Special Education Teacher w/ K-6 Elementary Certification.

CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS

Valid New Jersey K-6 Elementary Certificate and Teacher of Students with Disabilities

OR

Teacher of the Handicapped

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide in-class support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to identify students’ strengths, challenges, and individual learning preferences.
• Collaborate with coteachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with students’ goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
• Proficiency with instructional technology.
• Spanish speaking a plus
