Boys Volleyball Coach

Pioneer Academy is seeking Head Boys Volleyball Coach for the 2025 season.

The right candidate must possess the following skills:
? Working knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures.
? Capable of instructing and supervising student athletes.
? Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Able to motivate players to reach their potential
? Able to make quick decisions under pressure
? Must meet all current NJSIAA requirements
? Familiar with State NJSIAA guidelines and rules
? Experience coaching NJSIAA high school volleyball
? Must have valid NJ drivers license
Qualifications:
Relevant Volleyball coaching experience at the High School level preferred.
