Long-term Replacement Teacher: History classes

Hatikvah International Academy Charter School has a December opening (paid training in December for January 2, 2025 start date) for a long-term replacement teacher in grade 7/8 history for approximately 3.5 months during 2024-2025 school year.  This is a full-time position, but it can be adjusted to a part-time position from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM if necessary.

Job Description

Plan, teach and help nurture a group of incredible students.  You will have lots of support with a strong teacher team.

• Necessary Certifications
• CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard in K-6.  While middle school subject matter is acceptable, we give preference to high school certified teachers.
• Full-Time Position eligible for benefits
  • 7:50 AM to 4:30 PM on Mondays, 7:50 AM to 3:30 PM on Tuesdays through Fridays.  See note above for an adjusted part-time position if necessary.
