Chief School Administrator / Principal

The Dennis Township Board of Education is seeking an innovative and visionary educational leader to serve as our Chief School Administrator/Principal. The Dennis Township School District is a Pre-K to 8 District in Cape May County with 646 students. We are seeking a Chief School Administrator/Principal who will lead the advancement of our district, while being fiscally responsible and engage our community as vital partners in our district’s success. The successful candidate will excel in communication, fostering relationships with parents, staff, the community and the Board of Education. We are looking for a dynamic leader, who is approachable and able to engage the school community and inspire others to work toward our shared vision.

Responsibilities include all aspects of operation of the school facility and its educational programs as a CSA and Principal. Including inclusive, rigorous educational experiences for all students, while overseeing the general operations of the school facility, finance, personnel and safety.

Position start date July 1, 2025.

Requirements:

NJ School Administrator Certificate or CE is required.

Administrative Experience is required.

Central Administrative Experience preferred.

School Principal Experience is preferred.

Classroom Teaching Experience is preferred.

Grade PK-8 experience is preferred.
