Description: Adminstrative Assistant - Leave Replacement 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in related position.
  • Familiarity and experience with school business office processes involving budget and purchase orders.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Ability to read, write and clearly communicate with students, staff, administration, and community members.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve, set goals, and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Profeciency in excel and all google applications.  Experience working with genesis a plus.  Must possess the ability to learn new software applications as needed.
  • Proficient in scanning, emailing and mail merge of documents.
  • Ability to multitask including answering phones, coordinating schedules, data entry, and other relative clerical responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of automated office equipment and effecient office procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations and interactions.
  • Must pass a criminal history background check and provide proof of US citizenship or resident alien status.
  • Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician.
  • Possess a valid NJ Motor Vehicle Driver’s License.
