POSITION OPENING FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025
 
COORDINATOR OF ADULT SERVICERS
(12 Months – Non-certificated)
DISTRICT
  1. B.A. degree in a related field.
  2. A minimum of two (2) years of direct instructional experience with individuals with disabilities.
  3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role within the educational or human services field.
  4. A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience.
  5. Knowledgeable of state funding mechanisms, initiatives and service delivery systems.
  6. Proven ability to effectively incorporate state and local changes into policy and programming.
  7. Proven ability to adapt to systemic changes and effectively bring positive changes in a multifaceted agency.
  8. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with local and state agencies, parents, guardians/family members, professionals, district personnel, staff members and individuals served.
  9. Effective management, problem solving skills, organizational, human relations and written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Proven ability to effectively mentor and assists personnel to meet programmatic goals
  11. Ability to function autonomously, analyze a situation accurately, and adopt and implement an effective course of action.
  12. Proven ability to successfully manage other areas such as compliance, transportation, personnel that impact the adult continuum.
  13. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board deems appropriate and acceptable under state law.
