Terms of Employment:

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications. Drug testing, criminal history review and physical will be required.

Requirements:

Valid NJ Driver's License, good driving record, knowledge of computers, good reading, writing and communication skills. Mechanical knowledge and ability in all phase of school/commercial maintenance including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electric, and general maintenance. NJ Black seal License preferred but not required. Possible evening/weekend shift.
