ANNOUNCEMENT: POSITION OPENING

The Board of Education is seeking applications for the 2024-2025 school year for the following position:

BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
(10 Months – Non-certificated)
District

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education or social sciences; Master’s degree preferred.
Post-baccalaureate training in applied behavior analysis or comparable field preferred.
Behavior Analyst Board Certification or willingness to obtain Board Certification within four (4) years of employment.
Specialized training and/or demonstrate expertise in school based applied behavior analysis.
Ability to conduct comprehensive formal and informal function behavior assessments.
Experience working with students with autism/disabilities – preferred.
New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date of hire.
