1. Lifeguard Training Certificate from Red Cross or comparable.
2. Standard First Aid Certificate from the American Red Cross or comparable.
3. Cardio-Pulmonary Certificate from American Red Cross or comparable.
4. Successfully undergo a criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
5. Meets the health qualifications required of all personnel.
6. Must follow the guidelines of the Camden County Technical Schools’ Nepotism Policy, File Code: 0142.1.
