Staff Needed: One (1) Administrative Liaison for Transportation 
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Hold a High School diploma or its equivalent. 
  • Have excellent secretarial skills including typing, working processing and telephone communications
  • Have excellent clerical skills including mathematical calculations, filing and computer operation
  • Have at least one year's of experience as lead secretary, office manager, administrative liaison or other role demonstrating leadership, independence and decision making
  • Experience in transportation services 
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver's license for the type of equipment to be driven, with no serious violations.
  • Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
  • Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
  • Bilingual referred
 
Salary:        As Per Negotiated Contract
