Qualifications:
NJ Preschool through Grade 3 Certification and at least one of the following mentioned on the attached job description
• certification that includes an endorsement for bilingual education or English as a second language
• certification that includes an endorsement for teacher of students with disabilities or teacher of the handicapped
• graduate degree in early childhood education with an emphasis on early literacy and/or early mathematics
• graduate degree in educational supervision and/or leadership
Experience with preschool performance-based assessments
Knowledge of and training in the Pyramid Model and Positive Behavior Supports
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Forward-thinking, collaborative, open-minded, reflective and organized
